Wonderful interview, Ladies!

Exercise has truly helped me out with stress. I used to turn to food during stressful situations, but now I turn to my walking shoes and head out for a walk. It gives me time to unwind and be with my thoughts and the best part of all...it keeps me from eating my stress away! I hate to think of how many pounds I have gained over the years because of stress eating!
