Brenda Lost Almost 100 Pounds...

brenda_blog_page

Brenda in her own words...

Before weight:  239
After weight:  148.5
Total pounds lost:  90.5

I’ve learned throughout my weight-loss journey that if you want to lose the weight, you have to do the work. For me, it’s portion control, weighing my food, counting calories, keeping a food log, drinking lots of water, and exercising.

TOPS meetings are a place of camaraderie, learning, and accountability. Not once have I left a TOPS meeting without knowledge - either from the program or another member. I also want to thank my husband for his encouragement, whether it was a note he left, or just a look.

These are my “pearls of wisdom.” Success is determined by your choices. Choose baked, not fried foods. Choose to move, not sit. One good choice leads to another. Remember: The choice is mine—and yours!

We're so excited to bring you another inspiring success story from TOPS Club Inc®. If you're not familiar, click here to learn how you can Take Off Pounds Sensibly too. TOPS has helped thousands of people reach their weight loss goals.

Wow, I guess that it's truth you have to be accountable for yourself and stop making excuses, it's time to wake up and realize, that it was you who got you into this problem and you are the only one that can pull yourself out. Maybe this is the website I have been looking for, I did start this evening by baking not frying.
